Keystone Solutions seeks a Project Lead / Team Lead for Collaboration Systems (M365) to drive IT projects from concept to production. You will lead a team of internal staff and consultants, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery at client sites.

We value PRINCE2 certification, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Fluency in Dutch and English is preferred, with French as an asset, to serve diverse clients in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and PRINCE2 certification are mandatory.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
• Several years of IT project management experience with Agile familiarity.
• Proven people management experience, including evaluation, motivation, and development.
• Active knowledge of a second national language; English is an asset.
• Experience in a Microsoft 365 environment with SharePoint and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT implementation projects from pre-sales to deployment at client sites.
• Establish project plans, strict deadlines, and budget oversight.
• Coordinate communication among all project stakeholders.
• Monitor quality and regularly report progress to client and management.
• Identify issues early and drive timely resolution while focusing on results.
• Manage a team of internal staff and consultants and support their development.
• Contribute to recruitment and ensure smooth operation of the team.
• Foster knowledge sharing and reuse across projects and client engagements.
