adesso Belgium is seeking a Functional Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our Microsoft Solutions Team in Brussels. You will translate business processes into practical Microsoft 365 solutions and manage end-to-end projects from requirements to go-live.

You will collaborate with our team, stay current with Microsoft 365 developments, and support presales with solution design and client proposals. A hybrid work setup in Belgium is offered with strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years hands-on experience implementing Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Excellent people and communication skills with an analytic mindset for end-to-end design.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive plus Power Platform.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid methods and Azure DevOps.
• Fluent English and native Dutch and/or French speaker.

Responsabilités

• Understand client business processes and translate them into Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 projects from requirements through configuration, data migration, testing and go-live.
• Explain solutions to business users and collaborate with the team to meet client expectations.
• Stay up-to-date on Microsoft 365 features and share findings within the team.
• Support presales dossiers and contribute to solution design and proposals.
• Deliver engaging workshops to empower customers to adopt Microsoft 365.
