Responsabilités

Be the client’s first impression of Hermès image and convey warmth, courtesy, elegance and simplicity at all times.
Greet and welcome clients as they enter and leave the store.
Provide excellent customer service reflecting the culture and personality of each client and maintain a pleasant shopping environment.
Develop sales across all product universes, emphasizing quality and service Hermès aims to provide.
Identify and handle client enquiries and concerns.
Participate in the life of the store: communicate enthusiasm, demonstrate versatility in product knowledge, and support peers.
