Hermès Paris in Brussels, Belgium is seeking a temporary Sales & Service Associate for a 3 to 6 month assignment. You will be the client’s first impression of Hermès, greeting shoppers and delivering warmth, courtesy, elegance and simplicity that reflects the brand.

You will develop sales across all product universes, handle client inquiries, and support store colleagues. Fluency in English and French is required, with other languages a plus; grooming and a strong team spirit are essential.

Main Responsabilities :

Sales & Service :

• Be the client’s first impression of Hermès image & convey warmth, courtesy, elegance and simplicity at all times
• Greet and welcome clients as they enter and leave the store
• Provide excellent customer service adapted the culture & personality of each client and maintain a pleasant shopping environment consistent with the Hermès brand image
• Develop sales across all product universes, always keeping in mind the quality of products & the excellence of service that Hermès wishes to give to its clients
• Identify & handle client enquiries and concerns

Participate in the life of the store :

• Communicate your enthusiasm to those around you
• Demonstrate versatility : product knowledge and participation in sales-related tasks
