Job summary

Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland Head Office in Brussels is offering an internship in office management and executive assistance. You will support the General Manager, organize travel and events, and help with SAP-based purchasing for offices and stores.

This program, part of the PIONEERS internship, aims to develop Next Gen talent in a regional luxury retail environment across 8 countries. Start dates in Oct 2026 or Nov 2027 for 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree is required in a related field (Business Admin, Management, Communication).
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French/Dutch is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365; SAP/Concur knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the General Manager's agenda, meetings, appointments and screen calls/correspondence.
• Organize and coordinate business travel and logistics for the GM.
• Prepare agendas, presentations and documents; coordinate meeting room bookings and logistics.
• Support the organization of management seminars, trainings and corporate events across the region.
• Welcome and guide visitors at the head office; maintain relationships with landlords, internal departments and store managers.
• Create purchase orders and process goods receipts in SAP for office and store needs.
• Assist with internal safety activities (store visits, evacuation drills, trainings).
