LVMH Group is offering a 6-month internship for an Accounting Assistant based in Brussels to support the Benelux Accounting team on administrative and bookkeeping tasks for the group's perfumes & cosmetics entities.

The role covers Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties, including invoice processing, supplier setup, bank reconciliation, and assisting in audit preparation. The program aims to provide hands-on experience in luxury goods accounting.

Qualifications

• You are pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You understand accounting principles and can analyze financial information.
• You have excellent organizational and time-management skills and can prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• You possess excellent written and verbal English skills.

Responsabilités

• Process and record supplier invoices (with and without PO reference).
• Help manage the shared mailbox: processing supplier invoices and reconciling supplier statements.
• Follow up on approval of purchase invoices.
• Manage creation/modification of suppliers in the system per group procedures.
• Record bank statements and reconcile cash to Boutique’s sales reports.
• Assist in audit file preparation and data extraction from SAP.
