Church’s is a luxury shoemaker with a rich heritage of English craftsmanship. We seek an ambassador to convey the Brand philosophy to final clients, guiding them into the world of the Brand and maximizing sales through extraordinary customer experiences.

You will develop deep client relationships, provide personalized service, and uphold a premium store environment while collaborating with colleagues in a multicultural, international team. Prada Group promotes diversity and equal opportunity.

• Place the customer at the center and deliver outstanding service.
• Capture customer data and nurture relationships in CRM.
• Embrace and promote Omni Channel mindset.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent experiences.
• Welcome and serve customers with an excellent in-store experience.
• Cross-sell with departments to maximize sales and KPIs.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to clients.
• Handle customer complaints by coordinating with the line manager.
• Maintain shop floor and visual displays to high standards.
• Contribute to store security and prevent theft.
