Church’s in Belgium is seeking a brand ambassador who conveys the Brand philosophy and maximizes individual and team sales by delivering an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing the client first, and developing brand loyalty.

You will capture customer data, promote Omni Channel mindset, work with colleagues, and maintain high standards in-store while staying knowledgeable about fashion trends and products.

• Experience of building a long-lasting relationship with clients.
• Ability to work in team as well as alone.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Place the customer at the center and provide excellent service.
• Capture customer data in CRM to build relationships.
• Promote the Omni Channel mindset.
• Work as a team and communicate openly to ensure a consistent experience.
• Welcome and serve the customer with in-store excellence.
• Cross-sell with departments to maximize sales and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager.
• Maintain shop floor and displays to high standards and stock procedures.
• Contribute to security and theft prevention.
