PRADA Bruxelles is seeking a Client Advisor and Operations specialist to welcome clients, promote the Prada brand, and maximize sales while ensuring stock availability and accurate inventory. You will maintain CRM data, support omnichannel orders, and uphold visual standards.

Fluency in French and English is required, Dutch is a plus. You will collaborate with the sales team and be an operational partner to ensure smooth store performance in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English required; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience in stock management and store operations.
• Strong client relationships and service orientation.
• Knowledge of retail systems (SAP, CRM) and stock procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming client environment and drive sales toward KPIs.
• Capture client data into the CRM and develop relationships for future opportunities.
• Provide exceptional in-store experience and cross-sell across departments.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on fashion trends.
• Manage stock, transfers, returns, and omnichannel orders per guidelines.
• Support software management and product flow tracking via SAP and Eureka.
