Church’s is seeking a Luxury brand ambassador to guide clients through the brand world and deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience in-store. You will maximize individual and team sales by understanding client needs and building lasting relationships.

The role requires a passion for luxury retail, strong communication, and a proactive approach to product knowledge, trends, and cross-selling across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or premium brand environments.
• Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Comfort using a CRM to manage client data and follow-ups.
• Strong teamwork and communication in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients.
• Driven, resilient, and motivated to exceed targets.
• Solid knowledge of fashion and product categories.

Responsabilités

• Place the Customer at the center and create a welcoming environment.
• Capture Customer data into the CRM and develop relationships.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
• Work as a team member and maintain open communication.
• Welcome and serve the customer with an excellent in-store experience.
• Cross-sell across Departments to maximize sales and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate Brand and product knowledge.
