Bluecrux is seeking a Logistics Operations Consulting Manager to lead complex transformation programs across supply chain operations. You will translate strategy into practical improvements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and guide senior stakeholders through critical decisions.

You bring 8–12 years of experience, with 4–5 years in consulting, and a Master’s degree. The role offers hybrid work, global travel, and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience, ideally including at least 4–5 years in consulting.
• Strong experience in supply chain transformation with logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional projects and programs.
• Master’s degree as stated.
• Willingness to travel globally and work in a hybrid model.
• Excellent communication to senior stakeholders and ability to drive alignment.

Responsabilités

• Lead logistics and supply operations projects from scoping to implementation.
• Define project plans, governance structures, workstreams, deliverables, and ways of working.
• Translate strategic objectives into practical improvements across logistics and supply chain processes, systems, organization, and operating models.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and keep multiple workstreams aligned around a shared vision.
• Build a complete picture by connecting insights from different functions and stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and guide them through important decisions.
• Support proposals, account development, and identification of new opportunities.
