Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operations.
• Fluent English and local language of the country where the position is based.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems; knowledge of TMS/WMS is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute and monitor day-to-day logistics, transportation, and inventory management activities.
• Coordinate resolution of operational issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure data consistency across logistics systems and tools.
• Provide first-level user support for logistics processes and systems.
• Participate in inventory controls, stock reconciliations, and related activities.
• Support management and performance monitoring of third-party logistics providers and transportation suppliers.
• Contribute to system testing, process improvements, and transformation initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports, analyses, and KPI tracking.
• Identify risks and opportunities, proposing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, standards, and policies.
• Act as a contact point between local markets and central logistics teams.

1. Job Purpose

To support daily logistics operations and key logistics processes, ensuring the effective execution of operational activities, data accuracy across systems, and user support for logistics tools and processes. The role contributes to business continuity, operational excellence, and process improvement while working closely with local teams, shared service centers, logistics providers, and corporate stakeholders.

2. Main Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor day-to-day logistics, transportation, and inventory management activities.
• Monitor operational issues and coordinate their resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across logistics systems and tools.
• Provide first-level support to users regarding logistics processes, systems, and operational procedures.
• Participate in inventory controls, stock reconciliations, and related activities.
• Support the management and performance monitoring of third-party logistics providers and transportation suppliers.
• Contribute to system testing, process enhancements, and logistics transformation initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports, analyses, and KPI tracking.
• Identify risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement, proposing corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, standards, and policies.
• Act as a key contact point between local markets and central logistics teams when required.

Education: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operational roles.

Languages: Fluent English and local language of the country where the position is based.

Technical Knowledge: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems. Knowledge of TMS, WMS, Control Tower, or other logistics systems is a plus. Experience providing functional support to business users is desirable.
