ENTICO ICT is seeking a Technical Analyst in Brussels to support the Supply Chain Transformation Program. The successful candidate will analyze technical requirements, document integrations, and work closely with teams to ensure ERP and logistics systems interface smoothly. A minimum of 3-5 years in a relevant technical role is required, along with experience in ERP implementations, preferably SAP. Strong analytical skills and understanding Supply Chain processes are essential. The position offers a hybrid work model with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years as a Technical Analyst, Integration Analyst or similar technical role.
• Exposure to Supply Chain domains: warehousing, inventory, procurement, order management, logistics.
• Experience in environments with high levels of automation or real-time data exchange.

Responsabilités

• Support the Program Manager by ensuring all technical components of the program are properly analyzed and integrated.
• Collaborate with functional analysts to validate functional/technical feasibility.
• Prepare technical documentation: interface specifications, mapping documents, sequence diagrams.

Context of the mission

The Technical Analyst will support the Supply Chain Transformation Program under the Program Manager. The role focuses on analyzing technical requirements, designing and documenting integrations, supporting ERP (SAP) and logistics system interfaces, and collaborating closely with functional analysts, developers and infrastructure teams. The Technical Analyst ensures that all technical components of the Supply Chain program are coherent, optimized and aligned with the business and functional architecture.

Duration: 12 months (Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)

Language requirement

Dutch and/or French, one Fluent and one passive or not spoken.

Speaking, Reading, Writing: Dutch, French. 1 = Basic – 2 = Good – 3 = Fluent.

  • Experience in environments with high levels of automation or real-time data exchange (scanning, IoT, conveyor systems, robotics)
• Functional experience required
  • Understand end-to-end Supply Chain process flows
  • Collaborate with functional analysts to validate functional/technical feasibility
  • Perform gap analysis and translate functional needs into technical requirements
  • Prepare technical documentation: interface specifications, mapping documents, sequence diagrams
  • Support testing phases (SIT, integration testing, system validation)
  • Understanding of SAP functional modules (MM, WM, EWM, SD)
  • Knowledge of master data structures impacting Supply Chain (material master, vendor, customer, storage locations)
• Technical experience required
  • Deep understanding of ERP technical architecture (SAP ECC or S/4HANA)
  • Integration patterns: IDocs, APIs, BAPIs, flat files, EDI, queues
  • Experience with middleware platforms
  • Ability to read and interpret mapping/transformation logic (XML, JSON, CSV)
  • Strong familiarity with data flows, interface monitoring, and error handling
  • SQL for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of technical incident analysis and coordination with development teams
  • Familiarity with ABAP debugging or reading ABAP logic (not development, but analysis)
  • Experience with warehouse automation interfaces (scanners, IoT devices)
  • Basic understanding of cloud integration patterns (Azure, AWS)
  • Experience with performance testing or monitoring tools
