Job summary

FedEx is seeking an Operations Support Agent to help our Belgium team keep shipments moving. You will ensure urgent packages reach the right place on time, handle customer calls about pickups and deliveries, and enter data into our tracking system.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly with colleagues and managers, follow FedEx processes, and take advantage of training and career opportunities offered by the company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that urgent packages reach the right location on time.
• Answer incoming calls regarding shipment collection and delivery inquiries.
• Check and investigate failed shipments or collections; reallocate for next-day delivery.
• Enter data into the in-house tracking system.
• Communicate and collaborate with teammates, managers and other operations stations.
• Adhere to FedEx processes, procedures and regulatory requirements.
