Kuehne+Nagel NV in Belgium seeks a proactive Team Leader Dispatching to oversee and coordinate our dispatch team in Kampenhout, guiding 8 to 12 transport planners, and ensuring efficient, compliant shipments for FTL and LTL across the Road Logistics network.

You will coach, manage escalations, schedule daily operations, identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze KPI trends, and drive continuous process improvements with planners, drivers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a dispatch/operations team.
• Strong knowledge of road transport processes (FTL/LTL).
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Directly manage a team of 8–12 transport planners, including target setting and annual reviews.
• Be first point of contact for escalations and provide coaching.
• Supervise daily operational scheduling and seek opportunities to reduce costs.
• Identify trends through KPI analysis and take action.
• Lead efforts to optimize processes and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.
