Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Global Air Logistics Vertical Implementation Manager to lead and oversee complex customer implementations from initiation to stabilization. You will coordinate with Sales and Air Logistics teams to define vertical goals and best practices, driving international program success.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in large-scale project delivery, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of air logistics operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field.
Min. 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager delivering complex global projects.
Strong understanding of Air Logistics operations and processes.
Proven leadership of cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
PM certification (PMP, PMI, Prince2) or equivalent is a plus.

Responsabilités

Lead large, complex projects and programs from initiation through stabilization.
Collaborate with Sales and Business Unit teams to align strategic goals.
Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
Manage resources, risks and changes with stakeholders.
Mentor junior managers and share best practices.
Ensure quality and compliance with ISO standards and internal policies.
Report progress and opportunities to leadership and customers.
