Kuehne + Nagel in Belgium seeks a Customer Onboarding Project Manager to lead onboarding of new and existing customer projects across sites, delivering on time and within budget.

You will coordinate operations, IT, HR, facilities and customer integration, manage risks and budgets, and act as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in logistics, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and/or project management roles.
• Proven experience leading or supporting complex logistics projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and MS PowerPoint/Excel.

Kuehne+Nagel is one of the world’s leading logistics providers. Within our Contract Logistics division, we are looking for a Customer Onboarding Project Manager who will lead the implementation of new and existing customer projects across our sites.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end onboarding projects in a complex logistics environment, working closely with internal stakeholders and customers. You will ensure that projects are delivered according to the corporate project methodology - on time, within budget, and in line with operational and customer requirements.

You will typically manage 1–2 projects simultaneously, ranging from 6 months up to 2 years, and remain involved until shortly after go-live to ensure a smooth transition into operations.

As a Customer Onboarding Project Manager, you are responsible for coordinating all project workstreams, including operations, systems (IS), facility & equipment, HR, and customer integration.

You act as the main point of contact for both internal stakeholders and the customer throughout the project lifecycle.

The role combines project management, stakeholder management, and operational understanding, with a strong focus on execution and delivery.

What we would like you to bring

• A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in logistics, engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and/or project management roles
• Proven experience managing or supporting complex projects in a logistics or operational environment
• Strong stakeholder management and decision‑making skills
• Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
• Good knowledge of Power Point, Excel and preferably experience in using project management systems (Monday.com, Asana, JIra, Smartsheet, etc)
• Excellent presentation skills
