Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Global Air Logistics Vertical Implementation Manager to lead complex customer implementations across the EMEA region. You will guide initiatives from initiation to stabilization, coordinating with Sales and Air Logistics to meet market needs and deliver on time, within budget and scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Min. 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager delivering complex global projects.
• Strong understanding of Air Logistics operation and processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• PMP, PMI or Prince2 certification is a plus.

• Lead project definition, scope and objectives with stakeholders and create detailed plans.
• Guide teams, monitor progress and ensure alignment with goals.
• Allocate resources and manage risks and changes across projects.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate status transparently.
• Ensure deliverables meet standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales and Air Logistics to align vertical strategy and goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor junior managers and share best practices within the vertical PMO.
