DSV is hiring a Data & Logistics Officer in Desteldonk to ensure data accuracy, monitor performance and drive continuous improvements in inventory and customer service. You will manage data, support reporting and coordinate cross-functional projects in a dynamic logistics environment.

The role requires a degree in accounting/administration or initial analytical experience, strong numeracy, and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) with fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in accounting/administration or first analytical experience.
• You like working with numbers and data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel knowledge including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and Macros.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Manage and validate operational data, reports and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and optimize briefing templates, master data and system information.
• Support KPI tracking, inventory reporting and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate project-related activities, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Identify, investigate and communicate production and process-related issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and VAS teams to support daily activities.
