DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Desteldonk is seeking a Data & Logistics Officer who thrives on data, systems, and process improvements. You will ensure data accuracy, monitor operational performance, support reporting, and drive continuous improvement within our inventory and customer service teams.

The role requires numeric mindset, strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros), and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/administration or initial analytical experience.
• Enjoys working with numbers and data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Manage and validate operational data, reports, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and optimize briefing templates, master data, and system information.
• Support KPI tracking, inventory reporting, and operational performance monitoring.
• Coordinate project-related activities, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Identify, investigate, and communicate production and process-related issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and VAS teams to support daily activities.
