DSV – Global transport and logistics in Puurs is seeking a Dispatch Administrator to help keep daily transport and warehouse operations on track. You will identify deviations, ensure data accuracy, and facilitate clear communication between dispatch, drivers, and operations.

You will register and follow up non-conformities, review warehouse lists for bottlenecks, validate data, and support daily dispatch activities with drivers and teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role (within logistics or warehousing).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret operational data.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with comfortable knowledge of French.

Responsabilités

• You register, analyse, and follow up non-conformities related to dispatch and operations.
• You prepare, review, and deep-dive into warehouse lists, identifying deviations and bottlenecks.
• You process and validate operational data, ensuring correctness and completeness.
• You are in direct contact with drivers, answering questions and supporting daily dispatch activities.
• You follow up operational constraints and blockages, ensuring issues are tracked until resolution.
