DSV is seeking a Dispatch Administrator in Puurs to help keep daily transport and warehouse operations on track. You will register, analyse and follow up non-conformities, review warehouse lists, and ensure data accuracy while coordinating with drivers and operational teams.

Fluency in Dutch and English, with some French, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with dispatch and warehouse colleagues are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or operational support within logistics or warehousing.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with knowledge of French.
• Comfortable communicating with drivers and operations teams.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with dispatch and warehouse colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Register, analyse, and follow up non-conformities related to dispatch and operations.
• Prepare, review, and deep-dive into warehouse lists, identifying deviations and bottlenecks.
• Process and validate operational data, ensuring correctness and completeness.
• Direct contact with drivers, answering questions and supporting daily dispatch activities.
• Follow up operational constraints and blockages, tracking issues until resolution.
