DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Puurs is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for night shift to lead daily Crossdock operations and drive continuous improvements.

You will manage warehouse staff and team leaders, ensure safety, quality and timely delivery, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep supply chains moving. This role requires at least three years of supervisory experience in crossdock warehousing.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience as a supervisor in a crossdock warehouse.
• Track record with continuous improvement/change management initiatives.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and optimize daily warehouse activities (Crossdock operations).
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse staff and team leaders.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance while meeting service objectives.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
