Job summary

team.blue is seeking a Linux DevOps engineer to design, deploy, and maintain BlueStack environments across European data centers. You will collaborate with a small team to scale and optimize the platform, contribute to the codebase in Java and Python, and drive automation for rapid provisioning.

The role emphasizes open-source tooling, GPU virtualization awareness, and strong English communication in a cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in (RHEL) Linux systems administration; CentOS/AlmaLinux experience is a bonus.
Hands-on experience with configuration management and virtualization tooling.
Backend experience in Python is beneficial to troubleshooting and debugging.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented; able to take ownership in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Setup of new BlueStack environments (Linux-based) for new deployments.
Maintain, monitor, and update environments; troubleshoot issues with developers to implement fixes.
Work as part of a small, focused team maintaining the BlueStack platform.
Contribute to the codebase (mainly Java & Python), test features, and help shape the roadmap.
Ensure compatibility of BlueStack with evolving technologies by collaborating with dev teams.
