Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant/culinary experience in a high-volume full-service setting.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities for high-quality food production.
• Ability to work with minimal direction to complete tasks.
• Trained in knife skills and basic kitchen equipment usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent quality and presentation of all food to guests in a timely manner.
• Stock and maintain adequate levels of food at line stations for smooth service.
• Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies.
• Maintain sanitation and prevent contamination; uphold health regulations.
• Keep workstation clean and organized across line, prep, and storage areas.
• Report repairs needed to the Executive Chef and follow company policies.
• Adapt to additional duties as needed.
