Job summary

Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions Belgium is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive regional growth across the Dutch market, coordinating with the European team and PSS leadership. You will set annual targets, identify opportunities, and lead contract negotiations while building strong client relationships.

The role requires a master’s in life sciences, 5+ years in BD within life sciences, and fluency in French and English (Dutch a plus).

Qualifications

Master’s degree in life sciences; MBA a plus.
At least 5 years of business development experience in life sciences.
GxP/GMP familiarity is nice to have.
Excellent communication in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
Willingness to travel across Belgium.

Responsibilities

Drive regional BD for PSS in Belgium and meet annual targets.
Collaborate with leadership to set and incentivize sales goals.
Identify and win PSS business within the Dutch market region.
Develop accounts and analyze client needs to propose services.
Lead proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations with senior management oversight.
Report sales, activity, and market status; ensure CRM compliance.
Collaborate with marketing to create materials supporting new opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
