NN and ING have teamed to build a fast-growing One Orange Team focused on Life Protection in Belgium. As Product Journey Manager, you’ll translate roadmaps into compelling commercial storylines for both ING branches and online channels.

You’ll drive end-to-end delivery, create business cases, and develop trainings and sales materials, while collaborating with NN and ING stakeholders in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• ≥3 years in product management or related field.
• Experience in bancassurance and/or digital environment is a plus.
• Excellent English communication; Dutch/French a plus.
• Ability to communicate across different seniority levels.

Responsabilités

• Identify, assess, and execute new business development opportunities in the Belgian Life insurance market.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for digital Life insurance solutions.
• Create compelling commercial storylines aligned with client needs.
• Own end-to-end product delivery from concept to market launch.
• Create business cases and obtain management validation.
• Translate initiatives into trainings, sales scripts, and communications.
• Collaborate with NN and ING project delivery, marketing, and sales teams.
• Work within a digital-first environment to develop Life Protection products.
