• Define strategic direction for One Orange Team and translate into concrete initiatives and priorities.
• Manage project portfolio and align digital journeys with NN and ING systems.
• Strengthen NN-ING collaboration and align stakeholders around shared objectives.
• Prepare strategic meetings and report progress to management and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities in customer experience, digitalisation and innovation to support growth.
