Job summary

NN Group in Brussels seeks a Portfolio Manager Non-Life Bancassurance to guide the One Orange Team with NN and ING, translating market shifts into concrete initiatives that improve customer experience and business results. You will coordinate project portfolios, align journeys with underlying systems, and build strong partnerships across organisations.

You will communicate in Dutch, French and English, contribute to strategic meetings, and help shape a digitally driven insurance partnership in

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, preferably non-life.
• Strong commercial sense and strategic thinking.
• Structured, project-based approach to work.
• Ability to bring stakeholders together and translate interests into actions.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English, with strong French required.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic direction for the One Orange Team and translate it into concrete initiatives.
• Manage the portfolio of projects and align digital journeys with NN and ING systems.
• Strengthen NN-ING collaboration and secure buy-in from stakeholders.
• Prepare strategic meetings and report progress to management and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities in customer experience, commercial performance, digitalisation and innovation.
