Deloitte Legal Belgium is seeking an early-career professional to support our corporate compliance and entity management services. You will handle routine regulatory tasks, maintain registers, and assist with incorporations, branch setups, and shareholder events.

The role emphasizes using digital tools and AI to improve accuracy, efficiency, and client service. A team-oriented, proactive learner with Dutch and English language skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Practice.
• 1–3 years in legal entity management or legal operations is a plus but not required.
• Fluent in Dutch and excellent knowledge of English; French a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of digital workplace tools.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and be a team player.

Responsabilités

• Support client portfolio in routine corporate compliance services (e.g. AGMs, board changes, UBO registrations).
• Maintain corporate records and statutory registers to keep entities in good standing.
• Assist with incorporation of legal entities and establishment of branch offices.
• Handle periodic changes and extraordinary shareholder meetings.
• Use technology-based legal solutions to support global corporate compliance.
• Assist go-to-market activities regarding legal operations and AI tools usage.
• Apply AI tools to legal entity management to increase quality and efficiency.

Description of the position

• supporting our client portfolio in relation to routine, recurring corporate compliance services (e.g. annual general meeting, board changes, UBO registrations, etc.);
• maintaining corporate records and statutory registers to ensure entities remain in good standing;
• supporting incorporation of legal entities and establishment of branch offices;
• handling periodic changes and one-off events such as extraordinary shareholders meetings, changes of the articles of associations;
• using technology-based legal solutions to support global corporate compliance of our clients;
• supporting go-to-market activities regarding legal operations and assist with the implementation;
• taking an active role in applying AI tools to legal entity management and operations work to increase quality and efficiency.;

Let's talk about you

• you have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Practice
• bringing one to three years of experience in legal entity management and/or legal operations is a plus but not a requirement;
• you have a strong affinity with technology and are genuinely enthusiastic about AI and the opportunities it brings for innovation in the legal field;
• you master Dutch and have an excellent knowledge of English. French communication skills are a plus;
• you have excellent knowledge of digital workplace tools;
• you have an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills;
• you are eager to learn;
• you are a real team player, reliable, flexible, respectful and co-operative to make sure good relationships with internal and external stakeholders can be built.
