Deloitte Legal Belgium is seeking a motivated professional to support corporate compliance and entity management tasks. You will help maintain statutory registers, assist with incorporations and branch offices, and contribute to AI-enabled processes to enhance efficiency.

A strong tech affinity and language skills in Dutch and English are essential, with French a plus. The role emphasizes teamwork, entrepreneurial spirit, and eagerness to learn, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure entities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Legal Practice is required/advantageous.
1–3 years in legal entity management or legal operations is a plus but not required.
Strong affinity with technology and AI, with interest in innovation in the legal field.
Excellent Dutch and English languages; French is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of digital workplace tools.
Entrepreneurial spirit with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Eager to learn and be a reliable team player.

Responsabilités

Support corporate compliance services for our client portfolio (e.g., AGM, board changes, UBO registrations).
Maintain corporate records and statutory registers to keep entities in good standing.
Assist with incorporation of legal entities and branch offices.
Handle periodic changes and events such as extraordinary shareholders meetings and articles of association changes.
Apply AI tools to legal entity management to increase quality and efficiency.
Support go-to-market activities for legal operations and contribute to implementation.
