Job summary

IBA is seeking a Learning Systems Lead to structure, govern and drive the adoption of our learning technology ecosystem, including Learn2Grow. You will own the strategy, operations and continuous improvement of IBA’s Learning Management Systems and broader digital learning ecosystem.

You will lead a team of approximately 6 people and work closely with stakeholders across the organization to turn business needs into scalable technology and processes that shape the future of digital learning at

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, governance and performance of the learning technology ecosystem.
• Drive adoption, user experience and business impact of Learn2Grow.
• Ensure reliable operations, data quality, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Lead a high-performing team of about 6 people through change.
• Build partnerships across Learning, HRIS, Digital and Quality.
