With a Master’s degree and 8+ years in HR, you will lead learning projects, manage stakeholders, and leverage LMS platforms and AI-enabled tools to deliver measurable outcomes. This is a hybrid role offering growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 8+ years of HR experience with clear expertise in Talent Development / Learning & Development.
• Experience launching and coordinating learning projects and leading functional teams.
• Strong understanding of learning concepts, methodologies, and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsabilités

• Advise business leaders and HR partners to identify critical capabilities.
• Translate strategic objectives into impactful learning initiatives.
