Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to partner with management, design engaging training content, and deliver sessions for new hires and existing staff. The role focuses on continuous improvement of materials, measurement of impact and coaching across customer service teams.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree in a related field, fluent English, experience in L&D, and willingness to travel occasionally.

• Experience as a Trainer / L&D Specialist or similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to tailor training to different audiences and topics.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Partner with management to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
• Design, create and continuously improve training materials, manuals, guides and digital learning content.
• Deliver engaging training sessions for both new hires and existing employees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements where needed.
• Maintain training records and monitor employee learning progress.
• Provide individual coaching and ongoing support to customer service professionals.
• Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives across the organisation.
• Research and introduce modern training methodologies and best practices.
• Contribute to various projects related to employee development and organisational learning.
• Travel occasionally to other company sites to facilitate training sessions.

The Successful Applicant

• Master's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, Facilitator or similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to adapt training approaches to different audiences and topics.
• Experience developing learning content and training programmes.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital learning tools is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage others.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally when required
