Job summary

Accenture Belgium is seeking an Engineering and R&D Transformation Lead in our Supply Chain & Engineering practice. You will own and lead client engagements that reinvent engineering and product development, across Consumer Goods, Industrial Equipment, Automotive and Pharma sectors.

You bring a Master's in Engineering and 5–10 years in R&D or engineering with management consulting, plus hands-on PLM experience and fluent English; French and/or Dutch skills are a plus. Travel required.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
5–10 years in R&D/engineering with consulting experience.
Experience with PLM platforms and governance.
Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch helpful.
Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

Own client engagements end-to-end—from diagnostic to value realization.
Serve as trusted advisor to client engineering and product leadership teams.
Define functional designs leveraging PLM and digital engineering.
Own requirements, process models and user stories across engineering workstreams.
Guide digital thread and PLM roadmaps.
Lead workshops to drive alignment and decisions.
Mentor junior team members and support career development.
Support proposal development and grow Belgium offering.
Collaborate with Accenture's international engineering network.
