Job summary

Accenture Belgium and Luxembourg seeks an Engineering and R&D Transformation Lead to own and lead client engagements, transforming engineering and R&D functions across Consumer Goods, Industrial Equipment, Automotive and Pharma sectors.

You will define transformation roadmaps, guide PLM strategies and manage multi-disciplinary teams while collaborating with Accenture’s global engineering network to deliver tangible results.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience combining industry roles in R&D/engineering with management consulting.
• Solid understanding of product engineering processes: BOM management, engineering change, config mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements end-to-end from diagnostic to value realisation.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client engineering and product leadership.
• Define functional designs leveraging PLM and digital engineering capabilities.
• Own requirements, process models and user stories across engineering workstreams.
• Guide digital thread and PLM roadmaps; lead workshops and align stakeholders.
