Job summary

Exotec is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer for the Benelux area to lead design of high-impact, scalable solutions from concept to delivery. You will influence customers and stakeholders, shape logistics strategies, and drive pre-sales efforts in a fast-growing robotics environment.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, fluent English and Dutch, and regular travel to client sites and Exotec headquarters in France.

Qualifications

• Engineering or supply chain background with a track record in complex solution design.
• Experience engaging with demanding customers in pre-sales or solution-driven environments.
• Strong business acumen combined with deep technical expertise.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex environments.
• Natural leadership with a drive to mentor and elevate others.
• Fluent English and Dutch in an international context.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of high-impact, complex solutions from concept to delivery with costing and risk mitigation.
• Shape customers' logistics strategies by challenging status quo and proposing value-driven options.
• Translate customer challenges into compelling technical sales strategies for winning outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders by articulating value and building technical alignment across teams.
• Collaborate with partners to co-create best-in-class solutions and raise standards.
• Drive technical excellence by embedding Exotec methodologies and supporting Sales.
• Act as a recognized expert in key technical domains to elevate team capabilities.
• Create impactful training content and share best practices with teams and partners.
