Qualifications

• 15+ years IT experience.
• Lead solution architecture on large-scale transformation projects.
• Experience designing critical transactional systems in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of IBM Mainframe; Java or Windows .NET development.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of architecture solutions, ensuring security, resilience, and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Requirement Owners, Domain Architects, IT engineers, and application teams throughout projects.
• Ensure architectures align with enterprise standards and roadmaps.
• Develop architecture patterns and building blocks for reuse.
• Provide guidance for complex, large-scale transformations.
• Identify technical challenges and propose scalable solutions.
