Madison Recruitment represents a leading nanoelectronics research center in the Bertem region seeking a Team Leader PVD Process Engineering. You will manage a 9-person PVD team in a 200mm and 300mm cleanroom, combining people leadership with technical direction and a long‑term growth vision.

The role requires hands-on PVD experience, a strong technical background, and fluent English. The position offers a fixed contract and opportunities for international collaboration in a world-class setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or science is required.
• Minimum 10 years of industrial semiconductor process experience.
• Hands-on with PVD or similar plasma deposition technology.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing or production fabs.

Responsabilités

• Plan workload across shifts and tools.
• Drive quality and cycle-time improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and maintain training and safety.
• Represent the team in cross-functional collaborations.
