Lansweeper is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the ISV and integrations domain, driving strategy across partner ecosystems and embedding Lansweeper capabilities into external platforms.
You will lead high-level partnerships, validate roadmaps with senior stakeholders, and guide cross-functional teams in delivering integrated products that scale across domains.
Principal Product Manager – ISV & Integrations
Lansweeper's Product Management team is growing, and we're looking for a Principal Product Manager to take strategic ownership of our ISV and integrations domain. This isn't a role that sits above the work — it's one that drives it. You'll shape how Lansweeper embeds its capabilities into partner ecosystems, defines integration strategy across domains, and sets the standard other Product Managers measure themselves against.
Over the next six to twelve months, success means the ISV and integrations domain has a clear, defensible strategy, active partner relationships that are moving forward, and a growing footprint of embedded capabilities across the ecosystem.
The main challenges you'll face are:

Lansweeper is an AI-native company and we need people aligned with that strategy. People who are genuinely curious about AI and have a proven trackrecord in empowering their workflows with AI agents.
You’ll join Lansweeper’s Product Management team — a mature, high-performing group working across distinct product domains. Cross-functional collaboration is central to how you’ll operate, working closely day-to-day with Engineering, UX, and Product Marketing from discovery through to go-to-market. As a Principal PM, you’ll also contribute beyond your own domain, helping to raise the bar across the broader product organisation.
Our offer is country‑specific and will be discussed with you according to what’s relevant in your case before our first call.
Lansweeper is the AI Cyber Asset Intelligence platform helping IT and Security teams gain full visibility, reduce cyber risk, and scale automation with confidence.
In today's complex IT, OT, cloud, and IoT environments, fragmented asset data slows decisions and increases risk. We transform raw asset data into a continuously validated, trusted source of truth — so teams can move faster and act with certainty.
With Lansweeper, organisations can:
See – Truly complete visibility across hybrid environments
Know – Enriched asset intelligence with lifecycle and risk context
Act – Automate workflows, coordinate remediation, and enforce policy at scale
From universal asset discovery to AI‑powered intelligence, we provide the shared foundation modern IT Operations, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation teams rely on.
At Lansweeper, every role is assigned to a level defined by three things: the expertise it requires, the complexity it involves, and the scope of impact it carries.
Each level maps to a salary band based on salary benchmarks from the Software/SaaS industry of your country, so your pay reflects what the market pays for comparable roles.
The gross salary range for this role depends on the country where the candidate will be hired — discuss salary expectations with the recruiter.
Where you land within that range depends on the expertise you bring, the complexity you have navigated, the scope of impact you have owned, and your track record of delivering results in comparable roles — the same criteria applied consistently to every candidate.
We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, regardless of gender, religion, ethnic origin, age, sexual orientation, or disability.
We use AI to support and not replace during the hiring process. HR decisions are made by our talent acquisition team. You can request more info at any time via hr@lansweeper.com
It is Lansweeper’s policy to provide equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees.
