Brainsquare seeks a Lead .NET Software Engineer to strengthen the integration team within a global manufacturing context. You will combine hands-on coding with day-to-day technical leadership of two remote engineers, delivering high-volume, reliable integration components.

You will mentor peers, review code for performance and quality, and translate architectural direction into production-ready software in an Azure-native environment.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience in C#/.NET backend engineering.
• Proven track record of leading or coordinating Software Engineers.
• Experience with Azure and serverless backend components.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day technical work of two remote Software Engineers with clear task allocation.
• Contribute production code using C#, .NET and Azure Function Apps.
• Perform detailed code reviews for quality, performance, and alignment with designs.
• Ensure integration components meet latency, throughput, scalability and resilience requirements.
• Identify and resolve blockers, mentoring teammates with practical guidance.
• Translate architectural specifications into actionable implementation work and liaise with the architecture team.
• Act as operational link between architecture and remote engineering team.
• Mentor team members and strengthen engineering practices.
