Kingfisher IT is seeking a Freelance Lead Developer to drive the evolution of a suite of business-critical applications. You will stay hands-on in backend and frontend with .NET and Angular and steer technical choices, ensuring quality and long-term maintainability.

You will mentor peers, promote knowledge sharing, and coordinate with analysts, architects, and testers in an Agile/Scrum environment. A long-term 5-year assignment with yearly renewals awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT (or equivalent through strong experience).
• Senior professional experience in .NET & Angular.
• 15 years of experience in IT.
• You're a pragmatic team player.
• You work in English and understand Dutch & French.

Responsabilités

• Lead Full Stack development with focus on .NET and Angular.
• Guide technical choices and translate complex topics into pragmatic proposals.
• Coach and mentor developers, uphold code quality and best practices.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, testers and other developers in an Agile/Scrum setup.
• Monitor delivery scope, risks and ensure robust, sustainable solutions.
