Capgemini is seeking a .NET Lead Software Engineer to drive design and delivery of enterprise-grade software. You will lead teams, define architecture, and own end-to-end delivery across cloud-native, microservices, and AI-enabled development. Strong C#, .NET, Azure and security expertise are essential.

You will collaborate with stakeholders in a hybrid-setup, aligning with architectural standards and business goals while mentoring engineers and ensuring robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in C# and modern .NET with enterprise-grade design experience.
• Deep knowledge of ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, REST/OpenAPI, and secure design.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and integration patterns.
• Architectural mindset with microservices, cloud-native patterns and DevOps.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and development of scalable .NET solutions aligned with requirements.
• Define architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, cloud-native) and best practices.
• Act as technical lead and coach for development teams, ensuring quality and delivery.
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery from refinement to production support.
• Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development and security best practices.
