This role is based in Tongeren, Belgium and leads the EDC Logistics Control Tower within SKF Vertevo. You will steer customer service, transportation operations and order fulfillment while aligning with EMEA strategy.

Demonstrated leadership in logistics, strong English, and experience with Lean improvements are essential for success in this senior role. You will report to the Head of Control Tower EMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain operations.
• Experience in people management and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and customer service operations.
• Good command of English; proficient in MS Office and logistics systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the EDC Logistics Control Tower team.
• Coordinate daily logistics operations, customer service and transport activities.
• Ensure service levels, on-time delivery and KPIs are met.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and alignment with regional objectives.
• Lead national and international projects and cross-functional groups.
• Provide regular reporting to Head of Control Tower EMEA.
