SKF Group in Tongeren, Belgium seeks an Operations Supervisor for its Automotive Business Belgium. You will monitor warehouse operations, lead staff, and implement improvement projects to ensure on-time, correct shipments. The role reports to the Warehouse Operations Manager and involves rotating day shifts.

You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency, coaching teams, and coordinating with transport and planning. Fluent English is required; a graduate degree and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent through experience.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Proficient IT skills within: Microsoft Office Suite, WASS, DOH, Protime, Tripfeeder, etc.
• Quality knowledge: delivering products according to quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Planning and Monitoring Warehouse Operations.
• Leading Warehouse Employees with coaching and evaluations.
• Implementing projects and reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager.
• Monitoring activities in the external warehouse and coordinating with transport.
• Maintaining quality standards and drafting procedures per guidelines.
