SKF Vertevo Belgium is seeking a Team Leader Logistics Control Tower to oversee EDC operations, ensuring on-time delivery, service levels, and KPI achievement. You will manage seven team members, coordinate cross-functional activities, and drive continuous improvement across the EMEA network.

Based in Tongeren, Belgium, you report to the Head of Control Tower EMEA and liaise with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics/SCM or related field.
• Proven logistics, transportation, customer service or supply chain experience.
• Experience in people management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and transportation management.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficient with MS Office and logistics systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead the EDC Logistics Control Tower team and seven employees.
• Coordinate daily logistics operations, service levels and KPIs.
• Manage escalations, critical deliveries and customer issues.
• Drive improvement initiatives and standardization across the network.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across warehouses, supply chain and finance.
• Serve as deputy and escalation point for Head of Control Tower EMEA.
