Job summary

UCB S.A. is seeking a Digital Technology Lead for Information Architecture to drive data foundation strategy and scalable architecture for global R&D. You will partner with scientists and IT to deliver compliant, FAIR, and ALCOA+ data, enabling AI-ready data products across the company.

The role requires advanced degrees and hands-on expertise in modern data platforms, metadata governance, and cross-functional leadership within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a scientific or technology field.
• Experience designing data foundations for global digitalization programs.
• Hands-on with Databricks and Snowflake configuration and data catalogues.

Responsibilities

• Co-design the information architecture for global R&D, ensuring FAIR and ALCOA+ data.
• Lead a digital transformation portfolio to deliver a scalable data foundation and AI-ready data products.
• Implement metadata management technologies to improve data quality and lineage.
• Oversee interdependencies, scale transversal solutions, and ensure compliant operations.
• Collaborate with scientists and data owners across global R&D while engaging transversal DT colleagues.
• Help define the digital technology roadmap for Patient Solutions and drive transformation.
