UCB is seeking a Data Products Operations Lead to guide the transformation initiative Ruby. Based in Anderlecht, Belgium, or Slough, UK, you will build capabilities and services to move data products from design into scalable business use.

You will lead product operations, AI literacy, and governance across portfolios, partnering with business and technology leaders to deliver measurable value and strong cross-portfolio collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data, analytics, AI, information management, technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience in data product operations and product management.
• Experience leading teams within a complex, collaborative organisation.
• Experience establishing lifecycle governance and performance measures.
• Strong understanding of data products, governance, analytics, and responsible AI.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and technology teams.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain data product operating model, lifecycle practices, roles, decision points, and minimum expectations.
• Lead product operations planning, intake, prioritisation support, product health visibility, and lifecycle coordination.
• Lead artificial intelligence and data literacy capabilities across multiple business portfolios.
• Provide shared methods, templates, playbooks, measures, and learning resources that improve consistency and reduce duplication.
• Ensure data products have clear ownership, users, service expectations, adoption plans, support routes, and value measures.
• Create visibility of product status, dependencies, risks, usage, adoption, and business outcomes.
• Embed user feedback, testing, incidents, adoption insights, and value measurement into continuous product improvement.
• Build and develop a team with clear accountabilities, shared standards, and strong cross-portfolio collaboration.
