Job summary

UCB is seeking a Digital Technology Lead for Data Enablement - Master Data to shape the enterprise data strategy. You will drive architecture, governance, and AI-driven solutions to improve data quality and access across research, manufacturing, analytics, and commercial operations.

You will lead diverse teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and oversee multi-year roadmaps to deliver measurable business value and patient outcomes. This role is hybrid with office time in Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of secure, scalable data platforms and integration patterns.
• Partner with governance to implement data quality, lineage, privacy, and compliance.
• Guide cross-functional teams and external partners toward continuous improvement.
• Define and track metrics for data quality, adoption, and business value realization.
