ALSTOM Gruppe in Charleroi is seeking an Engineering Team Lead for Onboard Railway Signalling. You will coordinate installation engineering teams, validate technical deliverables, and manage interfaces with suppliers and customers to ensure safety and quality standards.

You will work with engineering teams, BIM coordinators, interface managers, and EHS leads to deliver installations aligned with urban rail mobility strategies, while continually improving reference documentation and processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or significant experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of railway products and services.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical CAD design tools.
• Project management with quality, cost and delivery (QCD) objectives.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%.

Responsabilités

• Lead installation engineering teams assigned to projects.
• Establish lists of installation deliverables and schedules.
• Oversee validation of technical documents with internal/external partners.
• Monitor and report progress on document and drawing deliveries.
• Support QCD reviews and implement risk mitigation actions.
• Conduct site surveys during preparation and execution phases as needed.
• Collaborate with BIM coordinators on studies and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with installation processes and update libraries.
